u will see a warning click on the link arrow is indicating shown in fig 1
after that u will be able to see the posts select any one of them as shown in fig click on it.
now u can see the entair post with download link indicated with arrow. click on it .
now u are redirected to filesonic.com. scroll down to see the following fig.click on the slow download as shown in fig.
then u will prompt for 40-50 secs to wait as indicated in fig below.
after the time up u will be asked to enter a verification code as shown in the figure below.
after entering verification code u will get the download link as shown in figure.
click on that link to download the file.
